Christine Hansen is the founder of the Holistic Sleep Coach Institute and an international sleep expert, speaker and coach.

As a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Spencer Institute Certified Sleep Science Coach and Nutritional Therapist she combines emotional, lifestyle and biochemical stress management in bespoke programmes for their clients.

Her expertise has been featured in numerous international publications, such as The Independent, The Guardian, Reader’s Digest, Huffington Post, Brides Magazine, Entrepreneur on Fire and many more.

Kendra Perry

Kendra Perry is a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Transformational Nutrition Coach who holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.

She started her Functional Nutrition practice 5 years ago after struggling for nearly a decade with her own health and spending over $30,000 on supplements, programs and therapies that did nothing to help her get well.

She is an expert in female hormones, chronic digestive disorders, heavy metal detoxification and is certified in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. She has trained under the industries best, including Reed Davis, Dr. Rick Malter and Cynthia Pasquella.

She spent three years mentoring students for the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) organization and training other practitioners how to interpret Functional lab testing and implement protocols to help their clients get well. She is currently the lead clinical adviser in Hair Mineral Analysis testing for the FDN organization and directs the Post-Graduate Association training practitioners in advanced functional health protocols and business and marketing strategies.

Kendra was awarded the British Columbia Women’s Nutritionist of the Year in 2017 and was presented the Global Health and Pharma Excellence Award for Innovations in Women’s Health. She resides in a small mountain town in British Columbia where you can find her skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing and hanging out on the beach.
